ABOUT

RPHYSIQUE

I became a personal trainer in 2006. At that point, I had already been training in a gym for 8 Years, but little did I know - I say that quite literally.

With my first certification as a fitness trainer, I quickly learned more information was necessary. Over the years, I would acquire certifications from Olympic Trainer, Charles Poliquin to the Functional Training and HIIT enthusiast of Juan Carlos Santana at IHP, and further continue with world leading Nutritional Experts at Precision Nutrition (PN), to name a few.

Everything was worth it and I wouldn't change what and how I've learned BUT, I will say this. If everyone leaned into what really works. ALL OF US would quickly learn, it's not that deep. You could learn 25% of what I know and achieve the same results.

AND that is why this website exists. My goal is to offer you just enough to be dangerous - and unless you love it, you won't need more.

Here, you’ll find carefully crafted programs and resources that are grounded in fitness science and proven. Blending years of personal experience and professional training with proven, sustainable methods, none of which rely on performance-enhancing drugs.

My approach is built on the belief that true fitness comes from consistency, hard work, and smart training. I am constantly tweaking my methods to question what truly works best and continue to keep overall strength, muscle gain and flexibility into each program.

I've had the privilege of learning from leading experts who have helped shape my philosophy, and I integrate their invaluable knowledge into everything I share with you. The result is a comprehensive, science-backed approach designed to empower you to reach your full potential and transform your fitness journey.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, the information and programs here are designed to support you every step of the way.

SUSTAINABLE METHODS
The hardest part about keeping a healthy lifestyle isn't finding time to exercise or knowing what to eat. It's the understanding of balance and how to apply it. What we're eating and drinking and what to do when we exercise. How often and how to control this over the course of time. I fundamentally believe the S.H.A.R.P.E.N acronym helps put 100 hundred percent of health and fitness into perceptive. If we use it on a daily basis, it will guide all of us toward far healthier and fitter versions of ourselves.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS

SLOW DOWN AND CHEW FOOD - Most people eat too fast, it doesn't give our receptors enough time to tell the body whats happening
HYDRATE & HUNGER - Drink water throughout the day, don't chug. Only eat when your hungry, don't eat because it's a certain time
AVOID ALCOHOL - Alcohol offers us the opportunity to make bad decisions, reduced brain cell count and extra/empty calories
REDUCE REFINED FOODS - No one ever has said "pasta, breads, snacks, processed meats...etc are great sources of nutrition". Cut back
PROTEIN WITH EVERY MEAL - Most of us don't get enough and like water, it's in every aspect of what makes us people
EXERCISE OFTEN - Walking is also classified as exercise. It's doesn't mean you need a gym membership
NAVIGATE PROGRESS - Listen to you body and cues. What is it telling you? Was the exercise that was once hard, now easy? Can you enhance it?
